TD SYNNEX Italy announces a distribution agreement with K2K to bring advanced AI solutions to the Italian market

The agreement strengthens the technology ecosystem for the distribution of K2K solutions based on Dell PowerEdge infrastructure, with the aim of accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence among Italian enterprises and organizations.

SAN GIULIANO MILANESE [APRIL 21, 2026] – TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) Italy announces a new strategic agreement for the distribution in Italy of solutions developed by K2K, an innovative company specializing in artificial intelligence platforms applied to video analysis and process automation.

Thanks to this collaboration, TD SYNNEX will make K2K solutions available to its ecosystem of partners and resellers, designed to enable new use cases based on AI and computer vision. K2K technologies are built on the hardware infrastructure of 17th generation Dell PowerEdge servers, offering a scalable, high-performance platform designed for on-premise implementations across various application contexts.
